New Raggedy!

Cloudy and rainy day.Great day to spend in the sewing room . Sewing for my November craft show. I started out by making my small raggedy's first, This little gal is 14 inches, I have drawn a awesome pattern to create next, She will be about 30 inches, and be a Vintage Raggedy, I am on a roll and it feels great, Have a couple pumpkins along with some bats ready to start painting also, Hope every one is having a great week end!! I sure hope some can help me.. I fell in-love with these guys and have no idea who made them
Does any one know who made this pattern??? I usually write down the pattern designer, BUT poooo I didn't this time, Plus I put this picture in the wrong designer file, I wrote and asked them about this pattern and they loved this pattern too but they were not the ones who designed it.. Help Please...Thanks bunches , Sherrie

Molly Lynn and her sister Mandy Sue 7 - weeks old. Our Angel who is 13 yrs old is handling the new pups very well, she seems to know their just babys..But when the puppies are running through the house and trust me they are like two tornadoes!! We do put Angel up on the couch..LOL . I will try to add weekly pictures so you can see how fast they are already growing..Molly is diffidently the smaller one but she doesn't know it , because she RULES...Mandy at first was taking it , but slowly she is standing her own against Molly attacks!They are allot of work with two puppies and one older dog, But GOSH it is so much fun.They love to snuggle and love to wrap around your neck and sleep and stretch and yawn.They are bringing us allot of laughs and giggles and so much joy and love!!

For right now I have no alone time to sew or any thing, I do manage to go to work, I would not change a thing , Gene and I have big plans for the week ends with the puppies,which means , We will take Molly and Mandy every where we go...hmmm do you think they will be spoiled??? :) We are so blessed!

Making Flowers

Lately I have been making head bands I must say unique ones,They seem to sell as fast as I can make even one, I have been learning how to create different flowers, Using ribbon, silk, felt , scraps, feathers, jewels and more, There are allot of free tutorials, Just google search.

Merry Christmas Florida Style

I wanted to do some thing different for our Christmas tree ornaments, My hubby has always wanted a "Florida" Christmas tree, So I bought some new Florida ornaments,

All are hand painted, Blown Glass, Some are actual sea shells, I want to go get some sand dollars, and every year just adding on to the collections, What fun this !! I have been having a blast buying Santa all decked out in Florida swimwear and riding a surf board, and Bright green crabs, Flamingos and Blow fish just to name a few, I am going back next week and buy some more HoHoho!!!!

What I am creating Now

After finishing my Craft Show for 2011, I am creating all fresh and new!!Also creating new E-Patterns and classes... Thought I'd share the Pattern pictures of what I am creating right now, One thing I realized at this past craft show is, PRIM is IN I had customers tell me they actually drove up north to buy their Prim Dolls. I was amazed and thrilled that so many really Love Prim as much as I do right here in Florida! I have always felt other than online selling people wouldn't under stand or even like My Love of Prim,/FolkArt type dolls. I was totally wrong.Even if I didn't sell any thing but just gave them away I found about my self I will always create Prim,/FolkArt type dolls.They are a step back in yesteryear and have such a warmth and love about them

This is a Primitive Angel, Pattern from The Old Porch Swing http://www.theoldporchswing.com I love the simpilisty of her, I plan on using artist pencils and hand paint her face.

I was SOOOOOO Blessed last year. My son Brian paided my way to MI to stay with him and Samantha, and the 3 of us got to go to "GhoulTide Gathering" it was awsome beyond words..One memorie I won't ever forget!!!! This year -GhoulTide Gathering is for TWO days!!!!!!

Fall-Halloween-Thanksgiving - Hang Tags!!

This is my totally FAVORITE time of year !! Yeppers even more than Christmas..Because to me

FALL is the door opening into ALL our tempture cool Holidays that is loved by all!!

Kids have gone back to school. Football season is on every man's heart and mind, Which gives us gals more creating time!! Or how about just enjoying a girsl day out tada!

This is the time of year I start creating my "Hang Tags:" To me they are individual pieces of miniature art, Each one is hand created, Each one is completely different, Never do I create two a like, but always a bit differently.This is what makes them unique. and FUN! As you see I enjoy using Vintage postcards, I create for Fall- Halloween - Thanksgiving- and Christmas~

You can create for every holiday and or season , it's all up to you, You don't have to use vintage post cards. This is what makes this *Hang Tag Art* sooo much fun, You can use any thing you want to use, Sky is the limit..

I use vintage in some way shape or form always, Thats just me , Thats how I create.Prim, Folk Art , Vintage.

I was creating *Hang Tag Art* long before paper art was popular, I have always added extra tuck-in's into family and friends presents or just for no reason at all.,You will be amazed at all the *Useful* uses my *Hang Tag Art* is actually used for..
