PanPastel "New"artists quality pastels



I am so excited, Today I took the leap and bought a set of these "New"artists quality pastels I have been reading about them for some time, I also have seen art work created using the "PanPastel" It is just dreamy!! LOVE how you can blend and use layers!
I will be using the PanPastel for my doll faces and more:)
