I adore these dolls. If they were from the 1920's That was my Mothers era, I sure hope these dolls are Sisters, Sisters aren't suppose to be apart right!! I love the brown haired one best, Her face and style is just my taste! ..Hugs Sherrie,

Here is their info:

TWO Antique c.1920 Early Painted Cloth SISTER Dolls Folk Art Primitive FlapperThese two antique 25" cloth dolls are sisters! They came to us together and look like twin sisters and we wanted to keep them together.
They are c.1920's or earlier. We are putting them around 1920's because of the unusual flapper bobbed styled painted hair - however they could be earlier more primitive folk dolls as well.
  • Hand painted features on cloth faces, antique clothing with slips and underwear.
  • The blonde doll has some body condition issues - she is missing both of her arms and is in need of repair on her legs - the left leg especially. Her antique clothing is in need of some cleaning but her value point is the sweet face.
  • The brown haired doll has all of her limbs but her face has darkened a bit. Cloth body is intact and she wears an antique cloth dress with flower pattern.
  • c.1920s or earlier.
