You need to then(after you do what the tutorial says) put the ball into a pantyhose tie it closed and throw it into the washer with soap and then the dryer. This will felt the ball nicely. Or you could get the felting needles and felt it. You could take very thin pieces of felt and felt flowers or turn it into an animal. Hope this helps.
