Great Christmas and I have been tagged!

I hope you all had a wonderful and Blessed Christmas!
We celebrated this year on Christmas Day All the kids and their spouses and fiancee' came over bearing gifts Love, Smiles, Hugs, and their favorite covered dishes.. I bake a nice juicy Turkey Breast and a Maple Ham, along with the a few extras ice tea, Home Made Lemon cake with lemon jello and after baking ... drizzled with fresh Lemon and powder sugar, It was great to see everyone open up to each other sharing all their happenings in their lives. We are trult blessed in every area,
I did stop and do some serious thinking about what I personally would like to get accomplished in the coming year.I do not believe in "New Year Resolutions", But I do believe on personal journeys and growth set before one for a new year.
#1: Live healthier. I want to join Weight Watchers , It isn't a diet but it is a change of life style.I need to learn to make better (healthier) food choices and exercise choices ..not just for me but for my family as well! I am starting a journal again to keep me on track , and to see with my own eyes my personal journeys and growth

#2: Rise my bike and walk every day
#3:Very important to me also is to spend more time creating and less time on the computer, also keep a picture journal of my creations for 2008

I was honored by a precious friend of mine Kat of http://scaredykaterpillarsnomore.blogspot.com/ tagged me today

I am to give you a list of five things you may not know about me. Then pass this fun game along to five other !!

1: I was real tomboy growing up.Yeppers played football with the best of them tackle their butts to the ground to! My Dad was so proud and Mom was just horrified.:)

2: I grew up in Canton Ohio 3:my real name is Sharon Rose

4:I am a licensed Hair Stylist -also a licensed PCT 5: my dream is for me and my hubby and all our grown kids to all live/move to TN, And hubby and I own a small farm, with lots of land and a big ole barn.. tada!!

Thanks Sherrie,
Great job. I am also looking to bring forth much needed changes in 2008. similar to yours. Less surfing...more creating. (but I really do learn so much on this putter)
move more eat less.
more self acceptance, and much more self forgiveness.
I am so blessed and grateful that God lead me to you to encourage, support, and embrace our new friendship...Happy New Year! Hugs, Kat

Sherrie,
Maybe we will be neighbors - I want to move to TN when we retire too. After riding the Tail of the Dragon, I knew there was no place I'd rather be in my "rocking chair" days :)

NOt that you will EVER see this butt parked in a rocking chair :)

Have a wonderful and safe New Year!
